Sale of properties and dividing the shares, 1949
Karbalayi ‘Abd al-‘Ali has sold three plots of mountain land to Karbalayi ‘Ali Akbar, and has given the money to Muhammad and Fatimah (the guardians of the underage children). He has also given Najafquli (the brother of Ahmad) for his share of land he has bought from Karbalayi Afzal. The document further states the shares of the daughters of the late Muhammad, Sakinah and Halimah (each gets one sixth from the sale of the mountain plots), as well as sisters of Ahmad and Najafquli (one sister gets 12 tumans and the other 12.5 tumans). Sale documents of ‘Abidin's children
1- Sughra Khanum, Haniyah [?] Khanum, Muhammad, and Zayn al-‘Abidin, the children of Mashhadi ‘Abidin, have sold their share of water to Karbalayi Jabbar, the son of Faraj Allah, for sixty eight tumans (1911). 2- Khatun Khanum and Zayn al-‘Abidin, the children of Mashhadi ‘Abidin, have sold their shares of a property to ‘Ali Akbar, the son of ‘Abbas, for one tuman. Their mother, Narjis Khanum, had inherited this property from Karbalayi Isma‘il (1925).

Sale documents of Mulla ‘Abd al-Rahim's children
1- Ma‘sumah Khanum, Nanah Khanum, Husaynquli, Hasanquli, and Muhammad Riza, the children of Mulla ‘Abd al-Rahim, have transferred a part of a water passage from ‘Uryandibi [Ayrandibi] spring and a property to Mashhadi Mahmud, the son of Mulla Faraj, in exchange for 62 tumans (1919). Settlement of Mulla ‘Abd al-Rahim's inheritors, 1930
The inheritors of Mulla ‘Abd al-Rahim, Husaynquli and Muhammad Riza, with Husaynquli acting as the guardian of the underage children of the late Hasanquli, and with the adult children of Hasanquli acting on their own behalf, have settled on dividing their inheritance. Husaynquli and Muhammad Riza each receive a third of Mulla ‘Abd al-Rahim's belongings and the other third, the share of Hasanquli, is divided among his children: Ya‘qub‘ali, Hasanquli, Safiyah Khanum, and Sartiyah Khanum.
